Nozzles

Ceramic nozzles are used when abrasive substances are sprayed or blasted. The hardness of the material reduces the wear and increases the lifetime of equipment. Nozzles for shot blasting are usually made from boron carbide. This is the hardest ceramic material available and can withstand the abrasive materials used for blasting. Aluminium oxide nozzles are used in less demanding situations. We supply a lot of nozzles for the dredging industry. These nozzles are used to blast a mixture of sand and water onto the ground to loosen the soil.
